What you will do in your working day
You will work primarily within our Production and Hire department.
As an Events Assistant, you will learn and work directly in the following areas:
- Gather facts and collate information from incoming production and hire enquiries
- Raise quotes
- Arrange sub hires, crew, couriers and event trucking when necessary, raising purchase orders
- Contribute to weekly and any ad-hoc meetings
The training you will be getting
- Blended learning, online, on-site with the employer
- Studying Level 3 Events Assistant Apprenticeship
- Functional Maths and English Skills (if required)
