What you will do in your working day
You will be working within the admin team alongside the paraplanners, with your responsibilities including, but not being limited to:
- Document checking and preparing files ahead of applications.
- Obtaining updates from lenders/solicitors and ensuring clients are updated.
- Providing updates to builders/estate agents.
- Answering phones and responding to emails.
- Researching protection/medical questionnaires/lender criteria.
- Working through daily tasks on our portal,.
- Working with clients from first point of contact up until completion of the purchase or re-mortgage.
The training you will be getting
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard will include:
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification
- Dedicated industry expert to guide and coach you through components of your programme, and you'll experience a range of different learning opportunities.

- Meetings with your dedicated tutor.
