What you will do in your working day

You will be working within the admin team alongside the paraplanners, with your responsibilities including, but not being limited to:

  • Document checking and preparing files ahead of applications.
  • Obtaining updates from lenders/solicitors and ensuring clients are updated.
  • Providing updates to builders/estate agents.
  • Answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Researching protection/medical questionnaires/lender criteria.
  • Working through daily tasks on our portal,.
  • Working with clients from first point of contact up until completion of the purchase or re-mortgage.

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard will include:

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Dedicated industry expert to guide and coach you through components of your programme, and you'll experience a range of different learning opportunities.
