What you will do in your working day

  • Our apprenticeship programmes are a great way to earn while you learn. We offer you the ideal mix of developing hands-on engineering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment alongside gaining a formal engineering qualification
  • Working alongside our temperature control and power teams, you’ll be involved in the planning, installation and maintenance of power generation, refrigeration, cooling and heating equipment.
  • This will include fluid chillers, air conditioning units, heaters, and boilers

The training you will be getting

  • You’ll follow a three-year apprentice programme linked with Wiltshire college which will, at a minimum, lead to you attaining an NVQ level  3 Maintenance and operations engineering technician qualification

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be an option to work in one of our depots or in a field-based role. This could be your local depot or in one of our other national or international locations
