What you will do in your working day

What will my new role involve?

Joining the team as an IT Support Apprentice, you will learn:

  • How to provide IT support on both hardware and software including desktop PCs, mobile devices, audio visual and networking equipment
  • How to maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment
  • How to identify and resolve technical problems

The training you will be getting

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be studying towards a level three ICT Support Technician apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is 22 months in length and will involve ongoing onsite training and mentoring from the Medhurst team combined with 25 days of off the job training at the PETA training centre in Cosham.
