What you will do in your working day
The role will cover:
- Repair and maintenance of every piece of equipment in the bakery and savoury departments.
- Electrical and mechanical skills.
- PLC fault finding.
- Work on various equipment in our 61 retail shops.
- Work as part of an efficient and effective team to ensure that any breakdown in equipment is repaired quickly.
- You will report to the Engineering Manager.
The training you will be getting
- Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician level 3.
- Training is carried out at DCG and the workplace.
