What you will do in your working day
You will be taught and achieve an understanding of the whole bakery process including:
- Weighing up ingredients.
- Bread mixing, fermentation and proving.
- How to operate our ovens to produce high quality breads and rolls.
- Confectionery skills to include: creaming, piping and coating.
- How to produce savoury products.
- The main contact within the organisation will be the Day Bakery Manager.
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Baker.
- All training is carried out at the workplace.
