What you will do in your working day

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will work with the primary Sales person in the company and cover all areas of sales under this.
  • Your direct responsibility on a day to day basis will be working on all aspects of Sales and administration for greenmachine including:
  • Lead Generation – on the phone, via email and sometimes face to face.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries on the phone, via email and sometimes face to face.
  • Preparing Quotes for customers.
  • Support Contracts – Liaising with customers, equipment and quotes.
  • Online Sales via Ebay/ Amazon / Website Administration of our email.
  • Marketing – arranging and designing adverts online and for publications.
  • Documentation of all processes and policies in your area.
  • You are working towards becoming the company lead in Sales and ensure all tasks relating to your work are completed to a high standard.
  • Working towards your own set of targets and SMART objectives which will be in parallel to company objectives.

  • Full Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Functional skills if required

About the employer

We are an IT recycling company based in Ramsbury, Wiltshire. Our aim is to safely divert electric equipment away from landfill, saving the precious materials inside, and instead repair and refurbish that technology so that it can go back into the community and have a smaller impact on the environment in the process. We work with businesses of all sizes to collect their obsolete equipment, wipe all the data from it, and then redistribute the refurbished items via donations to charity or through selling it to individuals at affordable prices.
