What you will do in your working day
Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Support staff with admin and finance tasks as directed by the Head of Finance.
- Undertake projects as required by the Head of Finance.
- Advertise events as requested by the Head of Finance and keep spreadsheets and paperwork up to date.
- Take minutes at meetings and type them up in a timely manner
Write letters as requested. - Add data onto QCS database when required.
- Input and submit all data for Salesforce.
- Create reports from Salesforce as requested.
- Maintain excellent records and accurate data entry of client information onto Salesforce.
- Collate invoices as requested.
- Undertake reception duties as required, signposting face to face customers and dealing with phone calls.
- Retrieve and email answer machine messages.
- Supervise any volunteers that work in Admin and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Update and create new company documentation/forms as requested.
- Order business supplies.
- Get quotes for the company purchase of services/products as required.
- Have comprehensive understanding of the other services and processes.
- Undertake training as required.
- Any other general duties as required.
