Summary
Milestone SW Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Apprentice Business Administrator to assist with the day-to-day running of the office, including liaising with clients, contractors and engineers to assist in the smooth running of the business.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
The role will include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of our office
- Roles and responsibilities developing as the qualification progresses
- Taking phone calls and liaising with clients/contractors/engineers as necessary
- Data entry
- Booking in work and scheduling jobs
- Updating client weekly reports
- Stock control
- Raising purchase orders and ordering materials
- Updating client portals
