Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator at our Ferndown branch. As first point of contact for our clients, you will deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries and provide information as required. You will also support the team with all aspects of funeral administration ensuring that back-office operations are efficient and well-coordinated

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- First point of contact for phone and in-person inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information
- Support funeral administration, including handling paperwork, coordinating services, and managing schedules
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide a compassionate, professional demeanor in sensitive situations
