What you will do in your working day
- To run regular (daily / weekly) scheduled reports
- To support the Section Manager and graduates with the overall reporting improvement plan
- Proactively generating new customer leads through outbound lead generation activities e.g. LinkedIn, cold calling
- Create new Salesforce (customer case management platform) reports and dashboards to monitor all customer case related data
- Purchasing portal administration and budget sheet maintenance
- Daily back office email inbox management
The training you will be getting
You will undertake the data technician level 3 apprenticeship:
- Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional Skills in maths and English if required
- You will receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills
- Delivery method and location of training to be confirmed
- Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualification
