What you will do in your working day

For this role you will:

  • Work with the People Technology Manager to improve data and insight provided to the Club in relation to people key performance indicators.
  • Provide all monthly people data reports.
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Support the People Technology Manager will annual releases for our current HRIS system (Workday)
  • Support the People Technology Manager with the implementation of a new Recruitment platform.
  • Evaluate and dissect data as appropriate to identify any trends.
  • Support with day to day queries on matters relating to reporting and people metrics.

As well as developing technical skills using a range of core technologies and platforms, we support our learners to weave together the ability to source, analyse, work with data, and generate insights that underpin business decisions.

Our Data Literacy apprenticeship programme integrates five modules of technical training with work based projects. This ensures that learning and skills are directly applied to the apprentice’s role, and maximises the time used as part of off-the-job training.

The modules include: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate Data Literacy Data Analysis and Visual.

Please note salary is between £11648 - £21840 dependant on experience. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Parking is available at a discounted rate at the Royal Liver Buildings. If there is ever a requirement to work from Goodison Park , parking is free of charge.
