- Designing and creating reports that provide valuable insights into service levels, customer insights and system availability - By analysing this data, you will contribute to the enhancement of IT delivery processes

Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SQL Azure.

Upon successfully completing the apprenticeship, this role provides a good basis for other roles within IT or Data teams, providing an insight into business requirements, and opening up into roles such as Data Analyst, Service Delivery, Problem Management or Business Analyst.
