What you will do in your working day
Hospitality & standardised gastronomy type with rotation in terms of the day-to-day operations of a Restaurant, Front of House, Back of House, bar, and kitchen. This role encompasses the entire guest journey from welcoming until seated, taking orders, preparing, delivering, utilising POS systems, Barista duties, Kitchen porter tasks, waitressing, bartending, collecting payments, taking reservations, fulfilling orders.
The training you will be getting
Full induction and ongoing training and mentoring. Apprentices will also have an allocated College Assessor who will make regular visits to the restaurant and conduct on-site training as well as conduct three-way reviews to ensure momentum and progress.
