What you will do in your working day
A normal day would include:
Speaking to customers on the phone trying to assist them with the issue. An order may have been lost or not arrived yet and we would ask that you work through our company processes to assist and resolve the query.
• Resolve queries made by customers regarding their orders
• Provide administrative support to other office staff
• Process customer orders
• File and retrieve information and documents
• Answering the main line telephone
• Providing cover for other sales staff
• Any other administrative duties as assigned by your line manager
