What you will do in your working day

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • You will also work towards acheiving English and maths Functional Skills
  • Full on the job training will be provided
  • 6 hours of paid off the job training (delivered onsite at Electrical Wholesalers Sheffield Ltd and over TEAMs) will be provided by the employer which included job shadowing, attending online training sessions, 1:1 support meeting, assignments, revision, mock assessments and any other training that will benefit you and your role
