    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Minimum Wage Rates

  • Working week

    Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Minimum of two Saturdays per calendar month. 10.00am - 2.00pm Your working hours will include time spent completing off-the-job training. Apprentices under 18 will work a maximum of 40 hours per week including training.

    Total hours per week: 42.5

    (the hours are based on the candidate being over 18)

What you will do in your working day

You will be allocated a dedicated training manager to assist with your development.

You will be required to complete the following tasks:

  • General administration works
  • Kitchen design works
  • Bathroom design works
  • Pricing works
  • Interior design works
  • Minute taking
  • Customer follow up emails
  • Private showroom tours
  • Customer presentations
  • Customer design meetings

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • You will attend college approx every 6 weeks, college transport is available, and you will receive visits from your college assessor mentor throughout your apprenticeship
  • Full training on company systems
