What you will do in your working day

  • Admin duties in a professional environment, organising work folders, emailing clients back
  • Data management and filing
  • Organising meetings and managing diaries
  • Provide general support to partners and office staff
  • Downloading requested tax information from Government Portals to send on to clients
  • Liaising with clients through email and phone calls
  • Completing companies house forms
  • Running reports on specialist software

The training you will be getting

This Level 3 Business Administration Advanced Apprenticeship usually lasts 18 months and your daily activities will include producing documents and presentations, managing resources, administration systems, office equipment and facilities.

This course will allow you to build a foundation of skills which are needed to be successful.

You will work through a variety of modules to gain the experience and skills needed to succeed as a business administrator, which include:

  • Managing your own personal and professional development
  • Contributing to the improvement of business improvement
  • Delivering presentations
  • Creating bespoke business documents

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve the following qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration Functional Skills maths
  • Level 2 Functional Skills English Level 2 Functional Skills ICT Level 2
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning
  • Thinking Skills Apprenticeship Achievement Certificate
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed
