What you will do in your working day

  • Sourcing candidates: Utilising networking tools and techniques to gain introductions and recommendations.
  • Screening candidates.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures.
  • Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.
  • Secretarial duties.
  • Conducting desktop research and creating client dossier packs ahead of critical customer engagement.
  • Designing, drafting, and promoting vacancies.
  • Offering search support as and when necessary, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
  • Taking responsibility for office, kitchen and household supplies.
  • Organising and note taking for internal meetings.
