What you will do in your working day
- Sourcing candidates: Utilising networking tools and techniques to gain introductions and recommendations.
- Screening candidates.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving office procedures.
- Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.
- Secretarial duties.
- Conducting desktop research and creating client dossier packs ahead of critical customer engagement.
- Designing, drafting, and promoting vacancies.
- Offering search support as and when necessary, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
- Taking responsibility for office, kitchen and household supplies.
- Organising and note taking for internal meetings.
