What you will do in your working day

  • Assist BIM and Design teams to identify construction project requirement to achieve project need.
  • Support the minimisation of project environmental impact including assessment, identification, and recording.
  • Work with the project Document Controller to ensure the appropriate document controls are adhered to for all production and design information.
  • Liaise with the Commercial team to understand the financial and legal constraints of the project(s).

The training you will be getting

Work towards the Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician Standard including End of Point of Assessment. study will take place at Bolton.

Allocated Off-the-Job hours/day will be agreed per week, study will take place at Bolton.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Progression to BIM Technician, studying for BIM specialist courses, with progression to Degree programme.
