What you will do in your working day
- Working under the instruction and guidance of the Business Lead, provide general administrative support duties, including answering incoming calls and taking messages, booking meeting rooms, typing, filing, collating and distributing information
- Take an active role in the administration of suspensions
- Be willing to undertake First Aid and Fire Marshall training
- Establish constructive relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues
- Undertake reception duties and cover for absent colleagues where neccasary
