What you will do in your working day
Will include but not limited to
- Making calls to suppliers
- Making calls to subby’s
- Making calls to colleagues on site
- Booking accommodation and site equipment
- Sending emails and actioning responses
- Use of excel spreadsheets.
- Monitoring emails when managers on site visits etc.
- Setting up Teams meetings.
- Filing and general office duties
The training you will be getting
- Business Administration Level 3
- No weekly release day in to college
- One workshop per month in the Little Germany campus
- Assessor to visit work place every 4-6 weeks
- All work/assignments will be set online
