What you will do in your working day

Will include but not limited to

  • Making calls to suppliers
  • Making calls to subby’s
  • Making calls to colleagues on site
  • Booking accommodation and site equipment
  • Sending emails and actioning responses
  • Use of excel spreadsheets.
  • Monitoring emails when managers on site visits etc.
  • Setting up Teams meetings.
  • Filing and general office duties 

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administration Level 3
  • No weekly release day in to college
  • One workshop per month in the Little Germany campus
  • Assessor to visit work place every 4-6 weeks
  • All work/assignments will be set online

  • There is room for progression within both roles.
