What you will do in your working day
We are looking for an Apprentice to provide administration support to the Directors PA and Receptionist. Working closely with the team your duties will include but not limited to -
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting and receiving all visitors and deliveries
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Laminating
- Printing and distribution of documentation
- Filing
- Taking meeting minutes
The training you will be getting
- Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 qualification
- Functional Skills in maths and English at Level 2, if required
- In house training on internal systems

- This is a permanent, full time office based role.
