What you will do in your working day

We are looking for an Apprentice to provide administration support to the Directors PA and Receptionist. Working closely with the team your duties will include but not limited to -

  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting and receiving all visitors and deliveries
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Laminating
  • Printing and distribution of documentation
  • Filing
  • Taking meeting minutes

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 qualification
  • Functional Skills in maths and English at Level 2, if required 
  • In house training on internal systems

  • This is a permanent, full time office based role.

Things to consider

We are looking for an Apprentice to provide administration support to the Directors PA and Receptionist, duties will include but not limited to answering the telephone, greeting and receiving all visitors and deliveries, photocopying, scanning, laminating, printing and distribution of documentation and filing. The ideal candidate will be: • Confident, articulate, extremely hard working, ambitious and willing to learn. • Approachable and helpful. • Someone wanting to stay with the company long term, who wants to learn and progress. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided but a can-do attitude and a professional approach to work are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and be highly organised, but we will give you all the training and support you need to flourish in the role. Desirable skills would be: Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team Professional appearance and manner Excellent time management Good IT Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
