What you will do in your working day

Following the required training, apprentice tasks would include:

  • Following drawings to build machines, including fitting and adjustment of assembly parts to within spec tolerances
  • Dismantle machines for transportation
  • The apprentice would assist with carrying out installations at the customers' premises and provide further support to our customers by travelling to their factories to carry out on-site service work as required

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprenticeship
  • One paid day of college attendance per week at City College Plymouth, Kings Road campus for the duration of the program
  • The four remaining days per week are based with the employer.
