Currently 700 beds but undergoing further development to increase this. This is an acute hospital that provides treatment for individuals with short term, severe medical needs.

What you will do in your working day
-
Work alongside and support the maintenance team with a view to becoming a semi-skilled and fully skilled craftsman.
- You will work as part of the Technical Operations team and report to Darryl Reeve, the Technical Operations Manager
- You will support the technical team and learn the day-to-day maintenance skills and duties required in an Acute hospital, walk in day centre and also a mental health facility.
The training you will be getting
- Property maintenance operative Level 2 (GCSE) Apprenticeship standard
- Apprenticeship Certificate. Graded at Pass, Merit or Distinction.
- Attendance at Stamford College one day a week
