What you will do in your working day

·        Answering the telephone and liaising with staff, clients and other agencies to assist in the delivery of services.

·        Learn to accurately input data into computerised systems, databases and spreadsheets and process and retrieve data as necessary.

·        Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and post

·        Providing customer service to inbound calls and dealing with questions relating to invoices, direct debits, engineer appointments and general account and finance queries

·        Performing data entry roles, including updating existing records and databases including customer contact information, customer financial changes and installation information

·        Setting up of new clients on the database, including service level agreements, direct debits and Xero accounts

·        Assisting the Office Manager with NSI audit preparation and compliance, including the completion of installation packs and NSI certification for new clients

·        Administer financial processes, including collection and distributions of monies and banking, processing invoices, arranging countersignature and payments.

·        Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

·        Communication with customers to advise all appointments and any changes to appointments

·        Ensuring correct documentation is sent to sites where necessary within the time frame required

·        Learn to provide support to individual managers as required, including diary management, travel planning, arranging and supporting events and arranging and servicing meetings

The training you will be getting

A business administration Level 3 apprenticeship certificate obtained via an end point assessment. You will be required to attend college 1 day per month as part of your apprenticeship. The remaining time is spent in the place of work.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

A full time position may be offered on succesful completion of the apprenticeship. The training will be a mix of on the job experience and in classes dedicated to learning. We will provide you with all the training you need to achieve your qualification.
