What you will do in your working day
Duties include:
- Assisting the general office with administration duties
- Inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails as required
- Assisting the logistics team where required with outgoing despatches of orders
- Processing of orders through sage 200c
- Creating accurate, timely, and complete records that meet the requirements of the Food Industry
- Experience of using Microsoft package
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Great attention to details
- Seeing tasks through to completion
- Effective communicator, with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment as well as alone and unsupervised
