What you will do in your working day

Duties include:

  • Assisting the general office with administration duties
  • Inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails as required
  • Assisting the logistics team where required with outgoing despatches of orders
  • Processing of orders through sage 200c
  • Creating accurate, timely, and complete records that meet the requirements of the Food Industry
  • Experience of using Microsoft package
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to details
  • Seeing tasks through to completion
  • Effective communicator, with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment as well as alone and unsupervised
