What you will do in your working day

  • Maintain sales and purchase ledger
  • Creating accounts for new customers and suppliers
  • Producing and inputting VAT invoices
  • Allocation of receipts including monthly bank reconciliations
  • Aged creditor control and debtor reporting
  • Credit control
  • Cash flow reports
  • Months end journal processing
  • Processing payment schedules and pro-forma payments
  • VAT returns.
