We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Qualification. This role involves a combination of everyday admin duties as well as more challenging and demanding tasks that are assigned on an ad hoc basis.

    £14,000 to £18,000 Depending on experience.

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day

Duties include but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting the general office with administration duties
  • Liaising with clients both over the phone and by email
  • Maintaining accurate, timely and complete records
  • Compiling inspection reports and invoices
  • Preparation and maintenance of project documentation - Risk Assessment, Method Statements, CoSHH Assessments
  • Planning for personnel, equipment and materials required at client sites

Ideal attributes

  • Experience of using Microsoft package
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Effective communicator, with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Driving license (ideal, but not essential)

  • Training and training location to be confirmed
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
