What you will do in your working day

  • Maintain an organised and well-documented inventory system
  • Regularly conduct stock counts to ensure accuracy and assist in replenishment efforts
  • Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to the role, contributing to a positive and dynamic warehouse environment
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Interact with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with excellence in customer service. Previous experience in customer care is essential
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse space, emphasising the importance of an organised and visually appealing workspace

The training you will be getting

  • Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Assessor visits each month to keep on track
  • 100% in the workplace with a supervisor/mentor in place to support
  • Functional Skills in maths and English to level 2 if required
