What you will do in your working day
This is a fantastic position for an enthusiastic Data apprentice!
Duties will include,
- Learn and develop on-the-job skills as part of this apprenticeship, partnered with one of our linked training providers
- Work closely with the operations team to collect, process, and analyse data sets.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Use of complex IT systems for reporting
- Support the creation of data visualisations and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

- Help staff make business decision based on Data
Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
You’ll receive ongoing guidance and support throughout the apprenticeship from Boom Training and My Local Bobby.
The training you will be getting
Data Technician Level 3:
- Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Data
- You'll have a personal assessor to guide you through your training
- You will attend one-to-one sessions with your assessor every 2/3 weeks
- Technical training
- Occasional online group sessions to meet and network with other learners
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
- End Point Assessment (online)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Full time positions can be available should they complete a successful apprenticeship.
Salary to be discussed and agreed.
Performance related promotions are also possible given our policy is to promote within our existing core of staff.
