What you will do in your working day

The Job will involve:

Participating in creating and implementing training programs.

Coordinating training sessions and workshops.

Ensuring timely delivery of training content.

Booking and setting up classrooms or training venues.

Managing schedules, ensuring trainers and participants are well-informed.

Handling administrative tasks related to training logistics.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, trainers, and management.

Facilitating effective communication between staff and candidates.

Cornwall College, with a mix of site training and day release.
