What you will do in your working day
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Prepare sales documents (Sales Orders) as requested by the Sales Manager
- Ensure all Sales Orders are signed
- Raise purchase orders as required for stock and transport
- Update company booking log of all contained and truck loadings and intakes
- Prepare intakes and releases and send to the cold store
- Shredding documents
- Order lunches for colleagues as required
- Co-ordinate office waste – once a week
- Prepare welcome notices for visitors
- Greet visitors
- Run daily administrative tasks to control bins from MOWI
- Perform general admin tasks as required
- Order stationary and control stock
- Raise sales orders for stock
- Work within the Purely Fish team – tasks include preparing, packing and sending orders
The training you will be getting
- You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
- This apprenticeship consists of a mixture of off the job training and on the job mentoring and development within the workplace
- You will be be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis (during term times)
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
