What you will do in your working day
- Pricing Vehicles on daily basis ensuring all vehicles are identified correctly, any anomalies are passed to Auctions for further investigation also ensuring model is producing values within agreed tolerance anything outside is referred to Commercial Team Executive for further detailed analysis.
- Recording Auction’s responses correctly in data base and ensuring it’s kept up to date.
- Producing Auctions sales files for remarketing mangers.
- Ensure all Pre-sale reports are received within agreed SLA with minimum queries left to investigate.
- Investigating any missing data or inconsistencies in Sales files.
- Supporting Commercial Team Executive with Daily/weekly and monthly P&L analysis.
- Send operational reports to remarketing managers.
- Pricing vehicles to purchase ensuring risk is mitigated and smooth delivery is possible within agreed SLA.
- Support Commercial Team Executive in building new reports as requested by Head of remarketing or other internal / external customers.
- Use your Microsoft Excel skills to create detailed spreadsheets for ad-hoc tasks whilst developing them further with the help of Commercial Team Executive.
- Build understanding of R pricing model and run daily Analysis.
- Update and provide cube reports to relevant customers.
- Stock Analysis on daily basis chasing auctions for any vehicles not entered in sales within agreed SLA keeping remarketing managers informed at all times.
- Build a good working relationship with auctions and understand their daily challenges and how we can support them.
- Ultimately Commercial department is responsible for identifying vehicles correctly, pricing them as accurately as possible and smooth running of auctions.
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required but we will provide complete training for the right candidate.

- Produce dashboards and reports to aid visualisation and comparison.
- Summarise and present the results of data analysis, making recommendations for business improvement.
- Store and archive data in line with data protection legislation.
- Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
