We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team to assist with day-to-day business admin tasks. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to learn all aspects required in supporting a successful recruitment consultancy, from taking meeting notes to analysing data and contacting clients.

What you will do in your working day
Duties:
- Writing up job specs from a brief
- Taking notes at client meetings
- Meet and greet clients both in person and telephone
- Support to MD

- Finding suitable candidates
- General business operational support
- Supporting the Head of HR
The training you will be getting
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Qualification. Training delivered at workplace, method to be confirmed. Includes Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
After completion of your apprenticeship, you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto a full-time position within the business.
