What you will do in your working day
Our Service is maintained by an outstanding Operations Team, offering support to the whole clinical team as well as ensuring our patients find their way smoothly into and through our service.
As an important support to our therapy, we have a team of experienced and caring employment advisors.

Operations Administration Support:
- Assist with on-boarding of new staff
- Process subject access requests
- Support Ops manager with system auditing and data quality.
- Collect content, maintain, and edit company intranet
- Support Information Performance Analyst with Data analysis and data accuracy as part of audit and monthly data submissions
- Learn all aspects of the administrative role (referrals, letters, inbox management, booking appointments)
- Take minutes at all meetings and distribute actions
- Assist Business Process manager with setting up meetings and producing quality and governance reports
- Arrange events and team days
- Update asset management system
- Office management
- Set up access cards
- Maintain store cupboards
- Maintain staff library
- Room bookings
- As well as many different projects too; such as, Website checking, communication to external sites, social media
