What you will do in your working day
- Produce mechanical/ electrical parts/ assemblys/ products in line with the company objectives, performance, safety, quality, cost & delivery to support internal and external customer satisfaction
- Identifies self training needs an works with Manager to organisers completion in line with business needs
- Manages the upkeep of area and equipment raising concerns allowing maintance reducing impact on the production schedule eliminating down time and improving H&S
- Proactively conscious of cost and mindfull of waste
- Works with collegues to continually improves the performance supporting safety, quality, delivery and cost
- To complete any reasonable work request
The training you will be getting
- An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
- You will be expected to work towards the Engineering Fitter Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
- Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
