What you will do in your working day
The tasks will include:
- Updating records
- Maintain clients files
- Dealing with lenders and updating the applications
- Answering calls to new and existing clients
- Updating our CRM
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Funtional Skills in English and maths if required
- One to one with Skills Coach sessions for coaching and preparation for EPA on a monthly basis, in the workplace and Teams.
