What you will do in your working day

The tasks will include:

  • Updating records
  • Maintain clients files
  • Dealing with lenders and updating the applications
  • Answering calls to new and existing clients
  • Updating our CRM

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
  • Level 2 Funtional Skills in English and maths if required
  • One to one with Skills Coach sessions for coaching and preparation for EPA on a monthly basis, in the workplace and Teams.
