What you will do in your working day
- Producing food to the highest quality for our guests
- Ensuring our kitchens are of 5* EHO standards
- Supporting the head chef to ensure our businesses are prepared for success
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Senior Production Chef / Chef de Partie
- Majority of training is in-house via dedicated Apprenticeship coach, with 4x masterclass workshops delivered externally
- 6 hours per week will be dedicated to the apprentice's development
- Functional Skills included, if required.
