What you will do in your working day

  • Prepare and check all paperwork associated with new starters
  • Create and maintain employee files (eFiles)
  • Prepare all paperwork associated with leavers and archive eFiles
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Raise purchase requisitions
  • Support Plant Assistant role during planned and unplanned absence periods
  • Maintain and update relevant HR systems
  • Perform data entry, documentation, printing and scanning duties

The training you will be getting

  • To attend Warrington & Vale Royal College on a day release to work towards your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Ideally working towards Level 3 CIPD and the hope to stay at the company with a view to supporting their progression through their HR career path
