What you will do in your working day
- Prepare and check all paperwork associated with new starters
- Create and maintain employee files (eFiles)
- Prepare all paperwork associated with leavers and archive eFiles
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Raise purchase requisitions
- Support Plant Assistant role during planned and unplanned absence periods
- Maintain and update relevant HR systems
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing and scanning duties
The training you will be getting
- To attend Warrington & Vale Royal College on a day release to work towards your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship

- Ideally working towards Level 3 CIPD and the hope to stay at the company with a view to supporting their progression through their HR career path
