  • Duties to include:
  • Managing the company database, keeping it up to date is essential with new members, potential members and changing contact details for contacts.
  • New member welcome packs – adding new members to the database, sending their welcome pack and certificates, registering each new member on the online member’s section.
  • Social Media – Supporting creative coordinator with social posts, creating new posts, and developing marketing campaigns with the creative coordinator.
  • Events – Helping to run events, manage projects and develop initiatives for the association that will benefit the industry.  Selling tickets for events and promoting initiatives and other member benefits.
  • Ordering Office Supplies – Do regular checks in cupboards that we have enough paper, envelopes, grey post bags etc. so I know what needs ordering when.
  • Networking and developing relationships with both members and potential members
  • Keeping members and potential members up to date with events and initiatives

Apprentices must show commitment to the following: 

  • To achieve apprenticeship framework (Functional Skills, NVQ and Technical Certificate) within the specified time frame  
  • Attend the apprenticeship induction programme  
  • Attend all of the training sessions for the programme whenever necessary  
  • Undertake any other required development work as part of the apprenticeship programme as requested  
  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by senior staff.
