Direct Responsibilities

  • Provide support to diary and meeting management for the Financial Planning & Analysis team
  • Updating the Group Finance Team OneArrivanet pages and issuing any announcements to the team as appropriate
  • Arranging accommodation and travel logistics as and when required
  • Handling Rail Passes
  • Raising purchase orders on behalf of the Group Finance Team
  • Restoration and monitoring of document retention and destroy dates
  • Post handling and redirection
  • Providing the Group Finance function with comprehensive admin support
