  • Assisting the Operations Support team with general administration and office duties.
  • Organisation and distribution of incoming/outgoing post.
  • Preparation of relevant site documentation.
  • Organisation of incoming PPE deliveries.
  • Occasional reception cover.
  • Call handling, making and taking telephone calls and ensuring all messages are passed onto relevant parties.
  • Providing cover and administration support for other members of the team in their absence.
  • Ad-Hoc administration duties, such as scanning, filing, photocopying etc.

Adaptability - Responsive and open to changing circumstances whilst continually aiming to deliver a high standard of work.

Desired qualifications

Grades A-C (9-4) in Maths and English is essential

Need to be hard working and ready to hit the ground running! Will be support and working alongside a team of 5 people, so must be able to communicate effectively and want to work as team player.
