A normal day would include:

• Liaising with customers to establish their needs
• Identifying new potential customers and markets
• Introducing new products to existing customers
• Sales support
• Acquired knowledge of products
• Processing sales orders
• Sending product information and price lists out to customers
• Responding to customer queries 
• Completing non-compliance logs
• Contacting customers and collecting feedback
• Collating and recording customer compliments and complaints
