Summary
Are you looking to start your career in financial services or looking to make a change? We are a mortgage network that supports nearly over 1000 mortgage advisers in the UK. This role will deal will first line queries so you need to be a strong communicator and be able to manage your time effectively.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Provide first line telephone support to the network (inbound and outbound communication)
- Right first time delivery of outstanding, proactive customer service
- Proactive and accurate resolution of queries by liaising across departments where required
- Timely and transparent communications with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records on CRM

- Planning & prioritising: Consistently adheres to systems & processes using proficient IT skills, including risk, regulatory and governance requirements
