What you'll do at work

As our Recruitment Apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of what they do – helping connect talented people with exciting career opportunities. You’ll support the team in all areas of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to supporting client projects.

Day to day:

  • Write and post job adverts
  • Screen and short list candidate applications from our website, social media accounts and approved job boards
  • Communicate with candidates across all teams
  • Assist Consultants with candidate lead generation, client research and admin tasks
  • Learn the full recruitment process from start to finish

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

  • English (grade Pass)
  • Maths (grade Pass)
