Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
For this role, you must have a level 2 qualification in hospitality or experience of working in hospitality. We also require that you have previously received barista training.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow
- Provide menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests
- Assist in training new staff members as needed to uphold service standards

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
- 2 other subjects (grade 4)
- English (grade 4)
- maths (grade 4)
Other in:
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements
For this role, previous experience in a hospitality role and previous barista training is essential. We are in Stamford Bridge, with good public transport links.
