Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our facilities management team, who work every day to maintain the safety, security, and wellbeing, of both our buildings, and teams who work in them. This team plays a key role in delivering our mission and ensuring we are compliant with government regulations.

• A starting salary of £23,500 yearly, increasing to £25,000 in Year 2 and annually throughout your apprenticeship — subject to meeting key milestones and performance expectations.

33 hrs on the short week, 8hrs 15 mins per day.
41 hrs on the long week, 8hrs 15 mins per day Monday to Thursday and Fridays 8hrs.

Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
As an apprentice, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of workplace management such as managing welfare concerns, undertaking risk-based inspections, supporting emergency training exercises, managing, and authorising new works requests. Other aspects include working with Project teams, reviewing and approving safe systems of work packs for breakdowns and maintenance, liaising with and supporting residential groups, and networking with customers.

- Use feedback to improve the quality of the business products and services.
- Apply problem solving techniques, identifying issues. Propose solutions to problems.
- Monitor, manage and report organisational and sector information technology and digital systems. Comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and cyber security.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with others for example, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
- Apply policies and practices to support equity, diversity and inclusion.
- Plan and undertake Continued Professional Development (CPD) to meet personal and organisational development. Evaluate CPD outcomes against any plans made.
- Undertake research.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:

Other requirements
Applicants must be aged 18 or over, as of 31st August 2026 due to security clearance requirements • You must be a British National to apply for a role with us Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026 Annual leave will not be granted from 1st September until 2nd October 2026 due to mandatory inductions you are required to complete as part of your apprenticeship. Any leave approved after this point will depend on the training provider requirements for your apprenticeship and must be agreed in advance.
