About this employer

My Early Years Provision is called Mini Montesaurs, it is a childcare provision which incorporates the homely feel of a childminding setting whilst having the benefits that a nursery offers with more children and staff and all year round year care. As a qualified Early Years Teacher, I use my in-depth knowledge and skills to provide children with the best start into their early years. I follow a Montessori approach alongside a lot of outdoor learning. My provision is purpose built and will allow free flow indoors and outdoors all year round. I believe Early Years is where the love of learning is fostered, imaginations are developed and the foundations of learning are laid. In a supportive yet challenging environment children are able to explore and discover the world around them and prepare themselves for learning throughout their education and in life.
