What you'll do at work
This organisation is looking for the right individual who’s eager to learn and keen to take their first steps into the property industry. As an apprentice Lettings Negotiator, you will be exposed to both the lettings; property management and sales side of the company and will be working alongside a varied team to assist with the smooth running of the daily operations.
Vacancy Description:
- Supporting staff with the day-to-day running of the office
- General administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry & handling post, along with shredding
- Dealing with inquiries via email and telephone
- Monitoring e-mails
- Answering calls
- Vetting of applicants and registration on a database
- To book viewings via both telephone and email enquiries
- Shadowed visits to properties for viewings

Course contents

- Communication: Demonstrate appropriate communication skills to enable timely identification and/or resolution of issues for customers and appropriate signposting to other colleagues and/or partner agencies.
- Collaborative working: Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve individual, team and business targets.
- Respond to vulnerability: Use skill and judgment to understand the needs of vulnerable individuals and groups(including those with complex needs) and respond appropriately
- Information collection and sharing: Use a variety of methods to identify, collect and communicate technical and other information in a confident and effective manner.
- Influencing and negotiating skills: Influence and negotiate with customers, partners and suppliers.
- Self Management: Organise and plan their own work to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines met.

- Tools and Equipment: Effective use of IT equipment and software, through administration and the appropriate use of work equipment

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other requirements
Unique role does not require anyone with a full UK driving licence or their own vehicle. Learner will be trained on in house processed first, before they begin to carry out independent lettings negotiating.
